HISE’s development of our advanced DESH system with spray control valve to prevent tube failure and steam pipe distortion: One of the primary causes of tube failure and steam pipe distortion is the inadequate operation of the spray system. To address this critical issue, we have engineered a state-of-the-art DESH spray control valve designed to be integrated type of valve with nozzle assembly onto the steam pipe.

With our spray control valve, the flow rate of spray water can be precisely controlled using a spring spray nozzle type mechanism. This ensures optimal spray performance and eliminates the risk of over or under spraying.
Our newly designed spray nozzle offers several technical advantages over old types.
Firstly, the integral type of spray nozzle assembly to the main steam pipe minimizes the risk of damaging between stem and nozzle welding point, also minimizing the risk of both the spray system with the steam pipe and ST side. 

Additionally, the adjustable nozzle assembly allow for easy maintenance with access on nozzle individually.
